Hi I'm Sarah!

Certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach for women over 40.

With over 3 decades of experience under my belt, Iโ€™ve coached thousands of women to get noticeable results with my at home Burn Fat & Feast lifestyle program. 

Women over 40 need different workout and nutrition strategies in midlife and into menopause. 

If you have tried all the fitness โ€˜trendsโ€™ and you feel like nothing ever really gives you the results you want, or if what you have been doing in the past is no longer working for you, then this challenge is for you!

Is this program suitable for beginners?


Absolutely! Our workout challenge is perfect for beginners. At Burn Fat & Feast, we pride ourselves on inclusivity, offering tailored workouts for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to elevate your routine, our beginner-friendly workouts are designed to meet you where you are. Plus, we always provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate and progress at their own pace.

Where is the closed community held?

The workouts and the community will be housed within our NEW Burn Fat & Feast app! No need for any social media. Simply download the BFF app and you're ready to get started!


I've had some injuries and will need modifications. Can I still do this program?

If you have been cleared by your doctor or your PT for regular exercise then yes this is a great starting point. Part of the benefit of this program is you get a lot of guidance and instructions on modifications you can make to meet your fitness level. In this way, you can customize these workouts to just about any level. 

What equipment is needed?

Some of the workouts in our challenge do include the use of Dumbbells so you will need weights to do a few of the workouts, but some are also bodyweight only. I often get asked a lot about what size of dumbbells... so to start 2 sets... one medium and one heavy 'for you'. You don't need a full gym for this program... if you find that the weights you have aren't going to work once you start the program you can always get what you need pretty quickly at a big box retailer or Facebook Marketplace also has some good deals. 

Do I have to follow the program exactly as laid out or can I switch things around?

Our program's flexibility allows you to customize your workout schedule to fit your preferences and goals. Mix and match workouts to tailor your fitness routine to your needs!

Is the program safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, our program is safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, provided you have received clearance from your doctor for light to moderate exercises. We offer beginner workouts that are low-impact and include modifications, making them suitable for those who are not currently active. If you have any further questions or need additional modifications during the 5-day trial, our team is here to provide support. Rest assured, we'll continue to assist you once you become a member of our Burn Fat & Feast community.

Can you give me an estimate of the time commitment?

The workouts are 25-30 minutes so the time commitment is minimal. There are 5 workouts total in the challenge and you will have 7 days to complete them. They are programmed such that you will not be working the same muscle groups each day. They are also programmed to be done in a circuit-style format so you can pick and choose how many rounds you complete given the amount of time you have. 

What happens when the challenge is over? What comes next?

You will be invited to join our signature Burn Fat & FEAST program.  Our program offers comprehensive support, personalized meal plans, effective workouts, and a vibrant community to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Let's continue this journey together!
