The workouts for the challenge are offered to give you a taste of the type of workouts, nutrition and coaching we offer in Burn Fat & Feast. Part of our signature program in BFF is pairing our workouts with particular nutritional needs, so while you are free to pick and choose the workouts that suit your preferences, to get the most from the challenge, I encourage you to pair your nutrition with the workout programmed.

If you have been cleared by your doctor or your PT for regular exercise then yes this is a great starting point. Part of the benefit of this program is you get a lot of guidance and instructions on modifications you can make to meet your fitness level. In this way, you can customize these workouts to just about any level.
Some of the workouts in our challenge do include the use of Dumbbells so you will need weights to do a few of the workouts, but some are also bodyweight only. I often get asked a lot about what size of dumbbells... so to start 2 sets... one medium and one heavy 'for you'. You don't need a full gym for this program... if you find that the weights you have aren't going to work once you start the program you can always get what you need pretty quickly at a big box retailer or Facebook Marketplace also has some good deals.

Our meal plan is whole food based so you will get the best nutrition possible and macronutrients for pregnancy and milk supply. For workouts, if you aren't currently active, we offer Beginner workouts that are low-impact with modifications. The educational training videos are research-based education for women over 30 who are or will be experiencing hormone changes to understand how to best navigate through the midlife years living your best, healthiest life. If further modifications or questions arise, our team is available for support during the 5-day trial and always available to assist when you become a BFF member.
The workouts are 25-30 minutes so the time commitment is minimal. There are 5 workouts total in the challenge and you will have 7 days to complete them. They are programmed such that you will not be working the same muscle groups each day. They are also programmed to be done in a circuit-style format so you can pick and choose how many rounds you complete given the amount of time you have. Our educational trainings are between 10-15 minutes each day and can be viewed while completing other tasks.
